Chris comments: With interest rates close to all-time lows, does anyone find it a struggle to pick up some yield in today's world?

PFF is an ETF that invests mostly in "preferred stocks" that pay a decent dividend.

The ETF is breaking out of a flag/pennant pattern to the upside and pays a pretty decent dividend compared to the low interest rate environment we find ourselves in these day.

Downside stop is pretty tight (around 2%).
