It's Friday, and Chris "Just the Facts" Kimble returns for a cameo Dragnet impersonation, this time with a look at the Dow and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD).
Chris comments: The semiconductor Index has led the Dow in both directions over the past few years. Semi's topped in 2007 before the Dow and bottomed before the Dow in 2008.
Just the facts ... The Semi-conductor index is breaking down of late, creating a pattern similar to the one in 2007.
